2 cups of water or Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Fiber Plus
1 1/2 scoops Liver Detox
1 teaspoon Complete Intestinal
1 tablespoon Reds
BLEND TOGETHER
 

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

Add a handful of Mixed Nuts, Walnuts, Almonds or tablespoon of Peanut Butter
